It covers water safety and basic front crawl skills, as well as breath control, floating with or without a floating board, kicks, arm movements, integration of breathing with front crawl, etc. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to swim for 20 metres in proper front crawl. |
Front Crawl Training Course (Level II) | This course is designed for participants who have completed the Front Crawl Training Course (Level I) or equivalent. It aims at enhancing participants’ front crawl skills, including the stroke and endurance, and correcting any improper movements. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to swim for 50 metres in proper front crawl. |
Front Crawl Training Course (Level III) | This course is designed for participants who have completed the Front Crawl Training Course (Level II) or equivalent. It aims at strengthening participants’ mastery of front crawl, including the stroke and endurance, and covers basic skills of treading water, turns, starts, etc., as well as safety tips and conduct for deep water swimming. The aim of the course is to enable participants to grasp the skills of swimming for longer distances. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to swim for 100 metres in proper front crawl. |
Breaststroke Training Course (Level I) | This course is designed for beginners. It covers water safety and basic breaststroke skills, as well as breath control, floating, floating face-down using a floating board, kicks, arm movements, integration of breathing with breaststroke, etc. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to swim for 20 metres in proper breaststroke. |

Backstroke Swimming Training Course | This course is designed for participants with basic knowledge of front crawl/breaststroke. It covers basic skills of backstroke arm movements and kicks, integration of breathing with backstroke, etc. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to swim for 100 metres in backstroke. |
Butterfly Stroke Swimming Training Course | This course is designed for participants with basic knowledge of front crawl/breaststroke. It covers basic skills of butterfly strokes and kicks, integration of breathing with butterfly stroke, etc. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to swim for 50 metres in butterfly stroke. |
