The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced that due to severe weather, the following programmes/activities that are scheduled to be held today (July 26) would be cancelled/postponed.

- The International Arts Carnival 2026: "Alice in Wonderland — Reimagined through the Looking Glass" presented by Yip’s Children’s Choir scheduled for today at Auditorium, Sha Tin Town Hall at 11am and 12nn has been cancelled. - Summer Family Cine Fest 2026’s screenings scheduled for today at Hong Kong Space Museum, "Tummy Tom 2: A New Friend for Tummy Tom" at 11:30am and Animation & Shorts Carnival Programme 2 - Challenges and Fun with Bestie at 1:30pm, and at Hong Kong Film Archive, "Rufus - The Sea Serpent Who Couldn’t Swim" and Post-screening sharing session at 2:30pm have been cancelled and will be rescheduled at the same venue. - The International Arts Carnival 2026: "Tree" by Theatre Motus scheduled for today at 11am at Black Box Theatre, Tai Po Civic Centre is now postponed to 5pm. For enquiries, please call 3165 8360 (Tai Po Civic Centre).

- North District Squash Competition 2026-2027 scheduled for today from 9am to 8pm at Wo Hing Sports Centre has been postponed and will be rescheduled for August 9 (Sunday) at 9am at the same venue.

- The YONEX-SUNRISE Hong Kong Annual Badminton Championships 2026 scheduled for today at the Arena of Queen Elizabeth Stadium at 2-7pm has been cancelled. For enquiries, please call 2504 8318.
