Notice to Ticket Buyers

Counter Booking

All tickets are sold at URBTIX outlets/box offices only within the designated opening hours. Payment for tickets should only be made to counter staff on duty over the counter. URBTIX has not authorised anybody to make alternative arrangements for sale of tickets within the premises. For enquiries, please approach the outlet/box office management. Unless otherwise specified, tickets may be booked via counter booking for all events from the first ticket sale date.

Internet Booking

Tickets may be booked online for all events from the first ticket sale date with collection of handling charge. Website: www.urbtix.hk

Mobile App Booking

Tickets may be booked via mobile app for all events from the first ticket sale date with collection of handling charge. Mobile ticketing app of URBTIX can be downloaded for free at Apple App Store, Google Play or HUAWEI AppGallery.

Telephone Booking

Tickets may be booked by telephone for all events from the first ticket sale date with collection of handling charge. Telephone booking hotline: (852) 3166 1288.

Self-service Ticketing Kiosks Booking

Unless otherwise specified, tickets may be booked via self-service ticketing kiosks for all events from the first ticket sale date.

Concessionary Tickets

For all Leisure and Cultural Services Department presentations, concessionary tickets are available for senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities, full-time students, and comprehensive social security assistance (CSSA) recipients. Depending on individual events, certain type(s) of concessionary tickets are subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis. For some events by other presenters, concessionary tickets may also be available for senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities, full-time students and/or CSSA recipients. Besides, some ticket discounts that require the production of proof of eligibility at purchase may be offered by presenters only for counter booking. For details of discounted tickets for individual events, please visit URBTIX website/mobile app, contact ticketing enquiries and customer service hotline at (852) 3166 1100 or visit outlets/box offices for enquiries.

Holders of concessionary tickets will be admitted only on production of acceptable proof of eligibility. A holder of concessionary ticket for people with disabilities will be admitted subject to the production of the registration card for people with disabilities issued by the Central Registry for Rehabilitation. A holder of concessionary ticket for CSSA recipients will be admitted subject to the production of Notification of Successful Application of CSSA issued by the Social Welfare Department.

Seat Selected by Computer

After customers select event, date and time of performance, number of tickets and ticket price on the Internet booking website, mobile app and self-service ticketing kiosk, the computer system will follow the preset logic to scan from the default preferred seat to select appropriate location of the available seats matching the required quantity for customers to consider. Customers may also make their own selection of other available seats (not applicable to events with “free seating” or some other events).

Unless otherwise specified, payment for tickets may be made by the following methods:

Counter booking
- Cash (Hong Kong currency only), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay or Faster Payment System.

Internet booking
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay or Faster Payment System.

Mobile app booking
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay or WeChat Pay.

Telephone booking
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express or UnionPay.

Self-service ticketing kiosk booking
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay without PIN authentication, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay or Faster Payment System.

(Mobile payment through electronic wallet including Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. may be accepted for use of applicable virtual cards of the above-mentioned electronic payment means as applicable to the respective ticket purchase channels.)

(b)

For some temporary outlets, payment by credit cards or other means of electronic/mobile payment may not be accepted.

Hong Kong Space Museum

Space Theatre	- Each ticket admits one (1) person only (children under 3 years old are not allowed to be admitted).
Exhibition Halls	- Each ticket admits one (1) person only (exception: children under four (4) years old are not required to purchase admission tickets, but must be accompanied by an adult).

Sight Line Blocking

Grand Theatre, Hong Kong Cultural Centre:
Seats 48-52 of VIP Box 3 and Seats 1-5 of VIP Box 4.

Concert Hall, Hong Kong Cultural Centre:
Seats 1, 2, 61, 62 of Row C; Seats 1-7, 94-100 of Row AA; Seats 1-8, 94-101 of Row BB; Seat 27 of Row HH and Seats 1-2 of Wheelchair Box.

Concert Hall, Hong Kong City Hall:
Seats at Boxes and Promenade; Seats 6, 21 of Row BB; Seats 6, 7, 23, 24 of Row BC and Seats 8, 9, 24, 25 of Row BD of the Balcony.

Arena, Queen Elizabeth Stadium:

Certain seats at Balcony Rows BA and BB at the Auditorium of Tsuen Wan Town Hall, at Balcony Rows BB and BC at the Auditorium of North District Town Hall and at Balcony Row BB at the Auditorium of Sha Tin Town Hall and Tuen Mun Town Hall owing to the railings of the Balcony.

Lecture Hall, Hong Kong Space Museum:

Ticketing Arrangement for Wheelchair Platform Seats at Hong Kong Coliseum

Wheelchair users may apply for exchange for wheelchair platform seats when they purchase or make telephone reservation for tickets of events to be staged at Hong Kong Coliseum. For details, please refer to “Hong Kong Coliseum - Guidelines on Ticketing Arrangements for Wheelchair Users” or enquire at the outlets/box offices or telephone hotlines.
