Fitness Room Monthly Ticket Scheme

 

Target:

All SmartPLAY patrons who have registered as users of Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) fitness rooms

The Scheme:

Fitness Room Monthly Ticket holders are entitled to unlimited use of the facilities at the fitness rooms of designated venues and non-designated venues (provided that there are no organised programmes) within the validity period of the ticket

Instructors are available at designated fitness rooms from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays including public holidays.

Monthly Fee:

$180 (half price for full-time students, senior citizens aged 60 or above, persons with a disability and their accompanying carers)

The holder of a monthly ticket bought at the concessionary rate should make sure that he/she is eligible for the concession throughout the validity period of the ticket before purchase. If a ticket holder is found ineligible for the concession after buying the ticket or becomes ineligible for the concession within the validity period of the ticket, the ticket can no longer be used and the fee paid or any part thereof will not be refunded. In this case, he/she should pay the prescribed admission fee or use an appropriate monthly ticket for entry to the fitness rooms.

Ticketing:

Tickets are sold via the SmartPLAY's mobile app (My SmartPLAY) and website (www.smartplay.lcsd.gov.hk/home), Smart Self-service Stations or service counters at District Leisure Services Offices and leisure venues.

Booking Arrangement for Fitness Room Users:

Starting from 1 November 2024, Monthly Ticket holders are required to pre-book a fitness room session through the SmartPLAY within 7 days before using the fitness room facilities. There is no limit to the number of sessions that can be booked in a day. Booking for fitness room facilities starts at 8 a.m. for the sessions on the 7th day, regardless of whether the ticket holder is using a monthly or an hourly ticket. For example, a session on 7 November can be booked on a first-come, first-served basis from 1 November from 8 a.m. onwards. From 1 September 2024 onwards, the pre-sale period of fitness room monthly tickets will be changed from 90 days to 30 days, while the validity period of the tickets will remain unchanged.
